Specific to Fixed packages
- These packages are valid/redeemable for treatments that are predefined at the time of purchase of the fixed package.
- These package/s are applicable to only one car, which is registered at the time of purchase of the package.
- These package/s are NOT transferable and NOT redeemable for cash or cash equivalents under any circumstances.
General terms and conditions
- To avail the benefits listed in Section A, the customer has to purchase any of the above packages. The customer needs to provide following details at the time of purchase of the package/s: a) Registered mobile number (“primary registered number”) b) Email ID
- After purchase of the packages, to redeem/ utilize the package, customer must take prior appointment with the respective store from where the package was purchased for the treatment and provide the relevant package details. The scheduled appointment/s may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances at the store. The store shall endeavor to intimate such a change prior to the scheduled time.
- Once desired services from the packages are availed, a validation will be initiated by generating an OTP (One Time Password) which will be sent to the primary registered mobile number of the customer. This validation need to be completed to avail the package. If the OTP is not provided by customer due to any reason including but not limited to telecom network failure, the store will not redeem the package and if any services are availed on that day the same shall be billed outside to the package as per the standard rates.
- At any point during the validity of the Package, the customer can contact the 3M Car Care store from where the package was purchased to check the details of services undergone/ redeemed, balance amount/ treatments remaining in the Package account.
- By purchasing the package/s by the customer, customer consent to the respective Car Care store and 3M to use the above mentioned registration details of customer to contact through email, SMS, phone call or other media for providing information related to customer transaction, reminders for utilizing the balance amount, renewing the package and providing any information of any new promotions.
- Decision of 3M will be final for acceptance of the Package. 3M will not be responsible for any misused OTP.
- These packages cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme or promotion running at the time of purchase or utilization of the package.
- These packages can be redeemed only on a treatment taken through the authorized 3M Car Care Store and the associated 3M Car Care – Store to Door vehicle (if any), from where the package was purchased but cannot be availed/ redeemed in any other place selling 3M Car Care treatments or for any other product or services.
- The package balance amount or services cannot be redeemed for Cash or other equivalents, under any circumstances.
- 3M reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the package at any time at its discretion, without intimation to the beneficiary.
- These packages are not refundable.
- All disputes shall be subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
- The respective 3M Car Care store shall be solely responsible for running these packages and maintaining the customer pre- paid account.
- All pre-paid amount paid by customer on these packages are exclusive of all taxes applicable.
